Welcome to AizawlGarbo! By subscribing to our garbage collection service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Overview
AizawlGarbo provides doorstep garbage collection in Aizawl on a subscription basis.
- Subscribers can choose from available plans (Domestic, Commercial). See Plans for details.
- Subscription is limited to household / Business / Institution (both biodegradable and non-biodegradable).
2. Subscription & Payments
- Subscriptions are prepaid and must be renewed before expiry to continue uninterrupted service.
- Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the service cannot be provided by AizawlGarbo. In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 days.
- Prices are subject to change, and subscribers will be notified in advance.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Garbage must be securely packed in bags before pickup.
- Hazardous, medical or industrial waste may not be accepted.
- Customers must ensure garbage is placed at the agreed collection point (doorstep/entrance) on scheduled pickup days.
- Failure to prepare garbage on the scheduled day may result in missed collection without refund or rescheduling.
4. Pickup Schedule
- Customers may select preferred pickup days during onboarding.
- AizawlGarbo will strive to collect garbage on the agreed schedule.
- In cases of unavoidable delays (strikes, natural calamities, etc.), AizawlGarbo will notify customers and arrange an alternative collection where possible.
5. Service Limitations
- AizawlGarbo is not responsible for waste left outside scheduled pickup times.
- Overly large or excessive garbage beyond normal levels may require special arrangements.
- Service is currently limited to Aizawl city and may expand to new areas in the future.
6. Suspension & Termination
AizawlGarbo reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if:
- The customer violates these Terms & Conditions.
- The customer repeatedly provides unfit or hazardous waste.
- Payments are overdue or subscription has expired.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, but refunds will not be provided for unused periods.
7. Liability
- AizawlGarbo is responsible only for the collection and disposal of garbage as per the agreed terms.
- We are not liable for any damages, losses, or health issues caused by improper waste storage at the customer's premises.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring garbage is safely packed before collection.
8. Privacy & Data
- Customer details (name, address, phone number) are collected solely for service delivery.
- Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

9. Shipping Policy
AizawlGarbo is a subscription-based waste collection service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All of our offerings are services delivered at your doorstep within Aizawl city.
- When you purchase a subscription, you are paying for scheduled garbage collection, not for a product shipment.
- As such, there are no shipping charges, delivery timelines, or tracking numbers associated with your purchase.
- Service activation details, including your pickup schedule, will be communicated to you after successful payment.
10. Amendments
- AizawlGarbo may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
- Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
